The black carbon mentioned in the paper is carbon black, an aerosol particulate—in other words, soot. It is indeed black.
Regarding CO2 therapy, I think anyone who allows someone to inject “carbon dioxide via micro-injections underneath the skin” is a bit desperate. However, there do seem to be actual published research papers regarding the treatment.
The greenhouse effect is misnamed. Greenhouse gases do not function in the same way a greenhouse does, by preventing convective cooling. GHG absorb and re-radiate solar energy, impeding the transfer of energy back into space. The paper “disproving” the greenhouse effect is pure twaddle, the effect is real or we would not exist (Earth would be a frozen ball).
Much of the global warming scare is about money. Money and political power and hidden agendas. Citizens beware.
